No practice Thursday. Everyone to the tank on Friday. Only tank workouts next week so you can all study for exams.

Jr. Girls

We will workout at the school @ 7:30 in the morning, Wednesday. Please try to make it as i need weights of everyone to start positionimg for boats.

we will be in the cage on wednesday morning to do strength training. 7:30 . Also Great job by everyone that showed for the tank practice today I have high hopes for this group this year.

All Rowers

Lisa Roy has made a deal with Runners edge to get 25% off if we have a group of 6 or more.We would need to go together so she has picked Saturday Jan 26 @ 2pm as the time and date. If anyone would like or needs to buy a new pair of shoes for trainning this would be a great time. Please let me or Lisa know asap or before next tuseday so she can finalize this.

Jr. Girls

We will be running @ the school in the morning and up to Brock ontuesday after school , so make arrangements for rides. I willbe driving and can take 5 with me . first come first served.

JR. Girls

There will be NO run in the morning but we will be 2 the tank on Tuesday 4:00pm so make sure you take the time to get a ride set up or some sort of car poll for then.

Tank and erg times

We will be starting @ the brock tank this Friday @ 11:00am, please be there by 10:30 with some type of ID so we will be able to start right on time. Anyone that has not filled in the forms or brought in their money must do so that day. Please check the facebook site for the forms. Thanks and see you all there.
