All New Coaches

Coaches,

Please send me the names of coaches that will be attending the SCRC specific coaching course.

This will be held next week, Tuesday March 5th at St.Francis and Wednesday March 6th at the work shop.

Each night will be 2 hours in duration. Tuesday in class will be safety, technique and ethics; Wednesday is motors, rigging and SCRC specific traffic pattern and trailering etc.

Again, please send me names so I can plan for the numbers that are coming. Have names to me no later than Friday.

We will be after school all week other than the days at Brock. We will be erging. on Monday . It will be a test to heip determine boats so make sure everyone is there.

Brock tonight, School Wednesday morning 7:30 indoor Thursday school in the morning run, Friday back at tank.

We will be @ the tank tomorrow after school and then in the school gym on wednesday morning, 7:30

Brock is closed today so there will be NO practice at the tank today. We will meet at the school on Monday at 7:30.

All girls are to run together in the morning. The rte. out to Glenridge, right to end @ downtown,up south dr. back to Glenridge and back to school. Lisa and myself will not be there so don’t wait for us. Brock tank on Friday 4:30 anyone that did not erg test today will do it then. thanks for your understanding of personal time I need this week.

We will be doing a 2000m erg test at the school in the morning. please be there @ 7:30 . the scores will be used to help determine what boats you will be in this season. So come ready to do your best.
