Today’s regatta is cancelled due to high winds. The regatta organizers were able to get heats for the first 3 events off before safety concerns caused them to pull boats off the water. Equipment was breaking, boats were moving sideways, whitecaps – it was wild. Good call SCRC! But disappointing for all the athletes and coaches. Thank you to all who contributed to the Bulldog Tent this weekend and let’s look forward to a great regatta in Welland next weekend. Please check out the few photos from today in the “gallery”.
